The Librarians Association of Malaysia (Persatuan Pustakawan Malaysia – PPM), in collaboration with the National Library of Malaysia and the Faculty of Law, Universiti Malaya (UM) have organised a special talk with IFLA President Gloria Pérez-Salmerón during her working visit to Kuala Lumpur from 23 to 27 January 2018. This Presidental talk serves as a warm up to IFLA WLIC 2018, which will be held from 24 to 30 August 2018 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC).
The theme of President Pérez-Salmerón's presentation will be "Libraries: Motors of Change".
