As set out in IFLA’s Statutes, IFLA’s Governing Board is responsible for the management of the Federation. In performing their duties, the members of the Governing Board uphold the interests of the Federation as a legal entity and as an organisation. The Governing Board is responsible for governance, financial and professional matters, ensuring sustainability and developing and overseeing the strategic direction of the Federation.
